Luckily, at All in Homes, you can build a new home, without unnecessary stress or financial doubt. As well as our full, upfront fixed costs, we pride ourselves on a simple and supportive building process for all our Brisbane and Gold Coast homes. In just six simple steps you can create the home of your dreams.

Choosing your home

Start by selecting the design of your new home. We have a great range of Single and Double Storey home designs to choose from.

All in homes also have a selection of facade designs available, so you can choose a design that best suits your personal taste and your family’s needs.

Finance approval

Once you have chosen your new home design, you will need financial approval from a certified lender. If you need assistance with a home loan or financing, we can put you in touch with one of our trusted mortgage brokers.

Colour collection

To further personalise your home, we offer a range of beautiful colour schemes. Make your home stand out from the rest.

Council approval

Before construction can begin, we will need to lodge your plans for council approval.

This process can take up to 4 weeks depending on the work load of the local council in your area.

Construction

The construction process is broken down into 5 steps.

  • Pouring your Slab
  • Standing your Frame
  • Your new roof will be installed
  • Your home is at lock up with doors and windows
  • Final fit out with all your taps, appliances, fitting and fixtures being installed

Deliver

Its time for your keys and to move in and celebrate.
